Good posts, I appreciate. I always wondered if anyone could publish a list of pay schedules of adsense and the keywords associated with those particular words. It seems to be a fine line between shooting for the keywords that pay high but have tremendously high competitiion volume and those that are searched for often enough to make a bit of money but that do not have a great deal of competition. I look forward to any insight and updates you can offer. Keep up the good work!

Now this is probably the best adsense tip I have read.

“Blending” seems to be the top topic for increasing CTR but on certain sites I would say these are the best way to increase CTR.

Great blog you have there. Did you just change your theme recently? I remember it did not look like it is now when I visited your blog a couple days ago.

Now I just have to disagree that the background will draw attention away from the ads, in fact the opposite is true. That said, it’s important to test, test and more test as Jim has suggested, and if I were to add, do it when the traffic is low otherwise it may be too annoying to the readers. Lastly, enjoy the process of testing.

PS: Just off my mind: Are you sure you would want to use ‘Brain Appetizer’ for your keyword? I’m in the opinion it may not the best from SEO standpoint. Just my thought, buddy. You could just ignore it.

Hi Yan,
Interesting mechanism to make the ads outstanding, but sometimes maybe it will draw attention away from the ads, my 2cents.
I’m still a newbie. So, does my readers experience in my blog got distracted if I keep experimenting ads this, ads that?I’m still working on networking and generate traffic.
And I found CommentLuv plugin you used in your blog is very useful!
A good deed though, because it helps other bloggers too.
