Hi Gyutae, I'm a newbor to blogging and really appreciate your tip about writing with passion for what you love. I'm trying to build a valuable blog about real estate in the Denver,CO market that readers can use to add some transparency to searching, buying and selling real estate. It always bugs me when real estate brokers act like there is some secret that nobody can understand behind the scenes if a real estate transaction. But so far I feel overwhelmed with just adding the nuts and bolts-- tools to my site. Great article Yan, another informative interview. It's really helpful seeing the blogs that I really enjoy getting interviewed. I really appreciated his thoughts on things, especially on his biggest blogging mistake, that one really speaks to my problems. I can't wait for the next one. You should start a poll or something and have us vote on who you should interview next. As a reader I'd love to have a say on who gets interviewed. Although you've made great choices so far. Great interview, Yan. Gyutae, really liked your advice here: "Don’t just blog because you want attention or want to make money. If you’re truly passionate about your topic then those things will come naturally." I've read some bloggers suggest that people should blog on a topic that's hot like "Twilight" books even if they are not that interested in the topic. Not sure that would work well. Interview is indeed a fantastic way to ‘talk’ to another bloggers and learn about their successes and failures. We will be featuring more of “those who have made it” to inspire and motivate “those who have not“.

Using the same set of questions allow us to hear different set of stories from different perspective where one blogger is almost ‘unique’ than the next.
