Audacity is a great free audio tool. I’ve only been using it a short time but I love it. You’re also right, providing audio for your visitors has a much better perceived value.

Yep, that is certainly a good idea. You can certainly publish old content in the same format because not all of your readers (especially the new ones) are going to be able to consume all of them.

That is a good idea, Chris. Many do not bother go beyond the old archive. Matter of fact, I did it on a couple of occasion too i.e here since those articles were timeless. Though I tweaked it to make it a little more relevant today. Anyway, good to see ya around, Chris. Yan

Recycling articles is a very good idea, since you might not have ideas for new articles all the time and your readers are waiting for your next post. I have not been able to put a video together but i look forward to it. And recycing your articles could even bring it out in a better way, adding more points and removing some, at the end you have almost a completely new content

Great tips. I have one to share too and while I haven’t tried this yet I think it could work.

I quit blogging on one of my sites and then came back to it month’s later. Some of the posts I wrote early on (years ago) were very good and the people that recently subscribed to my blog haven’t read them. You could almost just republish older posts as new posts as long as they’re old enough lol.

Great post… I personally can’t stand writing content…However, I sure don’t mind paying for it… most of the time I can get really good content from my writers but I have ran across a few writers trying to cheat the system… never pay a writer prior to checking their work in CopyScape or any other plagiarism checker.

This is smart, I have a LOT of old content that I need to re-work into the blog and I think doing instructional videos could be just the ticket to getting posts back up on my pages and content flowing again. There comes a point when you just tire yourself out… so this is wise advice and I really appreciate the ideas
