CPA campaigns can generate substantial income that could easily rival Google Adsense. Currently CPA Lead is on auto approve which I think is a bad move on their part so you can get an account without worrying about getting rejected.

Good thing there’s alternative to Adsense. At least the pain would be bearable should one’s adsense account be suspended. :-)

Even though sometimes Google Adsense with ban websites without a good reason, they still the best PPC prgram out there. I have tried Adbrite and Chitika. Adsense pays 60-80% better than them(in my case).

Alternatives are those objects or actions, where the choice of one excludes choosing the other. But in case of Google adsense account when disabled, is a big tension… well yet its not done to me.. but I was worried.. what if it happens..!! So I glad to know what have to do after this done.. Well, is your account is disabled, you can reg. new account easily, just make few differences in your account info (ex. Street address etc.) And they will accept you. If we are talking about alternatives, then i suggest PPC adbrite, but they are offering really low rates per click ..

It still works fine as far as I know (use new IP and e-mail of course). If docstoc isn’t working a new one you could try is indyarocks.com and you don’t have to be from India. There will always be some new site that comes along that can help you get in if you really want to.

I can’t believe people are stupid enough to ask for clicks in a public forum.

They still do, unfortunately. They don’t quiet understand the difference between social vs organic traffic.

Adsense is the no.1 Ad network in my opinion and everyone should try hard to make sure tehy don’t get banned. But some do get banned as stated in the article CPA netwroks are a great alternatives (I would recommend CPA Lead) though I think they should be coupled with an adsense style ad network such as AdBrite or Yahoo Publisher Network.

Currently CPA Lead is on auto approve (which I think is a bad move on their part) so you can get an account without worrying about getting rejected.

Make sure you read the Adsense TOS and you should be fine. but you must be sure to monitor your clicks there are some that will intentially try to get you banned by regularly clicking your links and put your earnings at risk
