Affiliate Theme for Affiliate Marketers

by Yan Susanto on March 17, 2009

Unique Blog Designs has done it again. Today marks the official launch of Affiliate Theme – a unique and customizable WordPress Theme that simply take the guess work out of creating affiliate websites.

Whether your affiliate website comes in the form of a simple landing page or mini site, Affiliate Theme is probably the most ideal WordPress theme ever built to cater exclusively to the need of affiliate marketers.

Gone are the days of building a HTML site from scratch, with WordPress as the most popular Content Management System, it doesn’t come as a surprise that somehow someone will come out with a product to fill the gap.

And Unique Blog Designs is certainly ahead of the competition.

Affiliate Theme for Affiliate Marketers by Unique Blog Designs

3 Things I’ve Learned from Unique Blog Designs’ Affiliate Theme

With the launch of Affiliate Theme by Unique Blog Designs, I’d like to this opportunity to share with you 3 things I’ve learned from the launch of their new product.

#1 Reputation does Sell

Building a reputation on the Internet is a long game but if you build slowly and surely you’ll generate the trust of not only new customers but also others in your industry.

And in the end, when your product is endorsed by the cream of the crop on the blogosphere, you are already winning half of the battle as they give you the right buzz factor.

Unique Blog Designs is well known by much of the blogosphere. They are responsible for the designs for two of the industry leading bloggers – Jeremy Schoemaker and John Chow.

How could one not trust a product with such an impressive credential?

#2 Those Who Provide Solution Win The Game

The golden rule of any business is to “Find out what people want and help them get it.”

And Internet marketing is no exception.

Success is simple. Do what’s right, the right way, at the right time. – Arnold H. Glasow

We know for a fact that many affiliate marketers setup multiple websites to sell different affiliate offers in different niches. When time is today’s precious commodity, Affiliate Theme comes at the right time as a breath of fresh air for those who are involved in building a portfolio of niche websites.

With Affiliate Theme, you can have a fully customized niche site setup and ready for traffic in under 5 minutes. What this means is that you can spend less time building websites and more time testing and making money!

Didn’t they say “Time is money”?

#3 Unique Selling Proposition

Nowhere have I seen more powerful theme option panel where you have total control of your blog with just a single click. (Thesis theme comes close to being as powerful).

You don’t need touch a single line of code! You can change the layout, colors, fonts, button sizes and more, all from the convenient Affiliate Theme Options Panel.

What Sets Affiliate Theme Apart from the Competition

  • One Single Theme for Multiple Niches
  • Affiliate Theme is designed to create specific types of affiliate niche websites using a single theme without touching a single line of code. Perfect for those who builds multiple niche websites.

  • Built-in Photoshop-like Color Picker
  • You’ll be amazed by its advanced “Photoshop-like” color picker that makes it easy and effortless to change Affiliate Theme to any color scheme you want from post headlines to button rollovers and site background.

  • Ideal for Coding Newbies
  • Coding newbies, rejoice! You will be able to take full advantage of the powerful Affiliate Theme Options Panel, allowing you to change the layout, logo, colors, fonts, background, header graphic, even rollover button color – all without touching a single line of code. So what if you know little about XHTML, CSS or PHP?

  • Over 30 Built-in Unique Headers Graphic
  • With over 30 pre-made backgrounds and 30 pre-made headers, you have the ability to change every tiny look and feel of the theme with a simple click. That’s indeed the true definition of “customization” if you ask me.

Should You Invest in Affiliate Theme?

In my humble opinion, there are only 2 reasons why Affiliate Theme doesn’t excite you at all.

  1. You are not into affiliate marketing.
  2. You can’t afford it.

Either way, you are WAY behind the curve, so said Jeremy.

Oh by the way, the best bit is that the Affiliate Theme comes with the podcast interviews with expert affiliate marketers, the likes of Yaro Starak, Ryan Wade, Zac Johnson, John Chow, Gobala Krishnan, Jonathan Volk and Jim Kukral where you can learn how they make hundreds of thousands of dollars with affiliate marketing.

Need I say more?

I bought the thesis theme bacause it said less coding but you MUST know code to use it. I am skeptical of buying them without knowing fully exactly what I can do without tinkering with PHP code.

Do they offer a trial version?

To be honest, the theme admin panel has more options than Thesis and that only means that you have less options to tinker with the code. Everything you need to modify your site can be done via the option panel.

I’m too new to Affiliate Theme so I’m yet to find anything to dislike at the moment.

Sorry there isn’t any trial version……

Interesting themes. Among the most important qualities of a good affiliate is to look neat and professional in front of his audience.

I will think about this though.

Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, he did. Reputation sells, right?

By the way, how are you, gal? I read your story and I’m glad you still drop by once in a while and don’t disappear on me.

Hope all is well with you.

Just found your reply, sorry Yan.
(email accessing problems…)

Yes, I’m good and no, I’m not disappearing :)
I’m just so busy right now!
(and testing a new web host to distraction before I move everything over there – should be more posts on my old blog then)
Thanks for asking :)

I couldn’t afford it!

The pricing is a little steep. I probably have enough coding experience to do it myself, but am intrigued by the time savings aspect. Any chance he’ll offer it on sale? That might be enough to make me bite!

Hello! I am from Belarus. Therefore, I am sorry for my bad English.

I have been reading your project thoushallblog.com via translate.google.com. Now I want to help you. … Yesterday, I learned that you have the plugin, which is a serious error. Plugin – Top Commentators Widget. Error in plugin allows any user to take a place in the list of active commentators. To do this, leave only 1 comment! To this end, the visitor must:

1. leave a comment
2. specify any name that is already in the LIST Top Commentators (eg, Daniel),
3. link to your site

Now the list of Top Commentators, under the name Daniel will be a link on someone else’s site.

Detailed, I described here – http://www.vse-ok.com/2009/03/17/bag-v-plagine-top-commentators-widget-dayot-eshhyo-odnu-lazejku-dlya-optimizatorov

Those are interesting. I know a few people who have used them, although i am not 100% sold on it from an seo standpoint, but I guess they are more for PPC traffic anyway.

I always welcome those things which brings money and time to me. If this theme have both quality than certainly I would love to invest my money on this.

Lets see what my fellow bloggers are saying about this.

But I love the theme of Neil Patel blogs and website. Refreshing one. Like http://acsseo.com/ or http://productplanner.com/

I’m not gonna lie, after investing in Thesis, I find that these super high priced, “touch of a button” themes are just not as amazing as they seem. I’d much rather go for something like Elegant Themes or WooThemes, which have a variety of technically sound, nicely designed solutions that are much easier to customize.

It may just be the designer in me, but I’ll take lightweight and easy to modify over tons and tons of “options.”

This is really nice themes. I am not an affiliate marketer (not yet started) but I can say that the theme concept is really an advantage.

And about this famous saying:

Success is simple. Do what’s right, the right way, at the right time. – Arnold H. Glasow

I am really hit by this. I remember a certain project of mine before where I am doing that project in a really nice and right way but failed to release in on the right time, and id doesn’t sells much.

That actions must come in group or in whole, you cant disregard any thing from it. Its the simple formula to success.

I think this is an excellant idea, an affiliate blog design. Sometimes people just use lift designs that really don’t support what they are trying to achieve, if you are looking to make money with affiliate programs you have to understand what sells to your niche and choosing the right design will help.

Not bad Yan, but I think that I have found a theme that is as good as, if not better, and it’s cheaper. It also comes with a template so that you can create your own professional ‘squeeze page’. I was so impressed that I bought the multi-version so that I could run all my blogs on it.

You can also purchase themed templates that cover a variety of topics in regular web template directories. It does not have to be specific to WP.

Before selecting an affiliate product or program. I would suggest that you study affiliate marketing and ways to market prior to getting started. It is much more difficult to make money of you are not sure of how it works.

I have been a new starter in Affiliate Program, hope I can take this as a good starter tips, i never thought that email marketing is one of the possibilities. Thanks for the info’s guys!

@Sire
If you don’t mind sharing. Can you tell us the name of the theme in which you speak. I have been looking for a nice clean search engine friendly theme for my blogs. The squeeze page feature sounds great.

Joe Jack November 19, 2009 at 7:32 pm

I have used Thesis for affiliate marketing, but I prefer to use the iNove theme, you can take a look at one of my websites which uses the theme its rather nice and appeals to the eye. Just type in the The Affiliate Code and take a look for yourselves.

Other than that, I found Thesis really tricky to use so I stopped and went to iNove :P

I love affiliate marketing :D

Blogger January 3, 2010 at 12:56 pm

The Affiliate Theme seems cool..
I would like to see more info and could you show a screen shot of this tool that I could potentially buy.
